David Rogerson

Dave Rogerson is a business expert with the Technology Extension Division. He works with organizations in developing effective strategies and skills necessary to improve their competitive position. Dave offers clients a unique perspective on organization development that he has gained over many years in various roles.

His experience in management consulting and coaching includes expertise in collaborative work teams, socio-technical design, strategic planning, leadership development, sales, customer service and organizational change. He works extensively with organizations involved in building collaborative environments and restructuring initiatives and provides clients with the opportunities to view themselves differently.

Dave holds degrees from the University of Massachusetts, the University of Vermont and St. Michael’s College. He has OD certification from the National Training Labs (NTL) and Professional Human Resource Manager (PHR) certification. He has taught undergraduate and graduate level courses in Business Management, Business Law, Human Resource Management, Organizational Development and Sales and Marketing. Dave is also a member of the American Society for Training and Development.
