Dianne Gross Percy
Dianne Gross Percy is a performance development expert with the Technology Education Division. Dianne has been leading adult seminars for more than 15 years. Recognized as an outstanding Vermont educator in 1992, Dianne’s areas of expertise include organizational planning, systems thinking and communication skills.
Her past experiences include work as a learning specialist, assessment coordinator, mentor, grant writer, college recruiter and education and corporate trainer. Her deep understanding of the learning process allows Dianne to help employees learn new information to modify behavior and develop skills. Dianne is a certified trainer of Malcolm Baldrige Quality Concepts. She is certified as both a professional educator and as a public school administrator. Her degrees include a B.S. (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of Vermont and an a M.Ed. from UVM earned in 1985.
