Mark Bechtold
Mark Bechtold has over 20 years of experience working with companies and individuals to optimize systems and people for the purposes of increasing customer satisfaction, efficiency and profitability. Mr. Bechtold has a master’s degree in Human Resources Management & Development, is SPHR certified, and is a qualified instructor in several leadership and organization development processes including Situational Leadership, Emotional Intelligence and the Myers-Briggs Personality Type Indicator. In addition, Mr. Bechtold is a doctoral student in the Human & Organizational Development Ph.D. program at the Fielding Graduate University in Santa Barbara, California.
