Sheila personally leads all programs assuring clients of consistently high quality instruction and personal commitment. She began her career as a high school business teacher. In 1971 she began her consulting career offering career development workshops to New York State employees.

She has continuously built her business and today she serves clients in business, the military, government, and health care including Johnson & Johnson, Wyeth, SAP, Depuy, Ethicon Endo-Surgery, Shire Pharmaceutical, VA Healthcare Systems, Westchester Medical Center and Defense Intelligence Agency.

Sheila Mills holds BS and MS degrees in education from U Albany.
